Cartoonize is a service that transforms your drawings into professional quality products including mugs, t-shirts, frames, keychains, stickers, and baby onesies.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Only upload images you own or have permission to use
• Not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights
• Pay all fees and charges associated with your orders

You retain ownership of any images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, enhance, and reproduce your images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the images you upload and that their use will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Custom products are made to order and generally cannot be cancelled once production begins

We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items. Since products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind unless there's a quality issue.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.

Cartoonize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We strive to provide high-quality products. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
